WPColt

About WPColt

WPColt is an independent WordPress project focused on cache diagnostics, performance clarity, and practical site maintenance. The name is new, but the problem is old: WordPress sites often collect caching plugins, host-level cache, object cache, and CDN rules until nobody can tell which layer is responsible for a result.

Why WPColt exists

Most performance advice starts with another tool to install. WPColt starts with evidence. If a page is slow, stale, or bypassing cache, the first useful answer is not always “add a plugin.” Sometimes the answer is “you have two plugins doing the same job,” “Cloudflare is caching the wrong pages,” or “Redis is installed but WordPress is not actually using it.”

Independence

WPColt is not an official partner of WordPress, Cloudflare, Redis, Varnish, LiteSpeed, or any hosting company. Product names may be discussed because they are part of real WordPress infrastructure, but the purpose is diagnosis and education.

Editorial approach

The site publishes practical WordPress guides, cache explanations, plugin reviews, and restored legacy topics. Articles should be useful to a site owner trying to make a decision, not padded for search engines. When recommendations include affiliate relationships, they should be disclosed clearly.
