Use this page for WPColt questions, cache troubleshooting inquiries, editorial corrections, partnerships, sponsorships, and technical-service leads. For product support, the Support page lists the details that make a cache issue easier to diagnose.
For cache troubleshooting
Include your host, active cache plugin, CDN provider, whether WooCommerce or membership functionality is active, and one public URL that shows the issue. Also mention whether the problem is slow loading, stale content, repeated MISS responses, Cloudflare confusion, object-cache uncertainty, or private pages being cached.
For editorial corrections
Send the page URL, the statement that needs correction, and the source or reproduction step that supports the correction. WPColt is rebuilding a historical WordPress footprint, so useful corrections are welcome.
For partnerships
WPColt may discuss relevant WordPress infrastructure products, hosting companies, cache plugins, CDN tools, and agency services. Partnerships must preserve editorial independence. A paid relationship should not require hiding tradeoffs or removing verification steps.
Do not send secrets
Do not send WordPress passwords, application passwords, API keys, hosting credentials, SSH keys, customer data, or private logs through ordinary contact channels. If a service engagement requires access, use a secure handoff process agreed in advance.
